MyungJoo Ham is a graduate student in the department of Computer Science at UIUC. His research interest is on the coordination of independent self-interested large-scale multi-agent systems including P2P networks and multi-robot(sensor and actuator) systems. Such coordination problems become more interesting by assuming competitions between the agents and even further by dropping honesty assumption; i.e., an agent may act maliciously. Also, heterogenuity among agents would increase the complexity and make things more interesting.

MyungJoo Ham received a BS degree of Computer Science in KAIST(Korea Advanced Institute of Sience and Technology) on August 2002. He entered UIUC CS for a Ph.D degree in August 2002.

Simulation software packages, "Taskhard", that were used in the papers ([SIGBED08] [CCMMS08] [SISN07] [KIMAS05]) are at http://osl.cs.uiuc.edu/taskhard.
